Biography of Gifty

In the following you will get to know Gifty Adu Mensah, a very friendly and open-minded girl.

Gifty Adu Mensah is 19 years old. She was born on the 9^th July 1992 which was a Monday. That is the reason why you can also call her Adjoa.

Gifty is the third of five children of Hanna Ackon and Philip Ekow Mensah. Together with her brothers Benjamin Ekow Mensah (16) and Ebenezer Mensah (5) and her sisters Elizabeth Ekua Mensah (23) and Janet Aba Mensah (20) Gifty lives in a compound in Abskomano in Moree, which is located in the Central Region of Ghana close to the Atlantic Ocean.

In Moree she also attends the Protestant Musama Bisco Christo Church where she sometimes reads quotations from the bible, which she also likes to do in her free time.

Besides, Gifty likes singing and meeting friends, especially her best friends Godfred and Emilia.

She goes to the Moree Senior High Technical School which has got Mr. Kubin as headmaster. There her favorite subject is Christian Religious Studies. Here she always pays attention to what her teacher is saying like in all her other subjects, too. The teacher she likes most is called Mister Joseph Asiamah. He teaches Building and Construction.

At home Gifty helps by washing and doing the clean up. She is also able to cook, for example her favorite food: rice and stew.

In the evening she watches TV with her family, for example TV3, her favorite TV-series or “Shree”, which is the movie that she likes most.

With her siblings and with her friends Gifty also likes playing the game Ludo which could be compared to the German game Mensch ärgere dich nicht`. But she also learned how to play Mau-Mau with her new German friends Katrin, Sabrina and Franziska.

If you ask Gifty about her future she will tell you she would like to go to college when she has finished school. With God`s help she wants to become a news-presenter on TV. Indeed Gifty has got a second dream-job. She would like to become a musician and sing gospel songs professionally.

But besides being a businesswoman Gifty also wants to have a family. She would like to be the mother of two children. Her husband? She has not got one yet. That will be the decision of God.

All in all Gifty wishes for the future are wealth and health, as well for her parents as for her children.

If you ask Gifty’s friends about her character you will get to know that Gifty is a very loyal friend. She has got a very friendly facial expression and acts with warmth and respect to everybody. Gifty is humble but she is not shy. She likes talking in class and if there are conflicts in class, she always tries to make peace.

Concerning Gifty`s outer appearance you can say that she is quite a pretty girl. Like all the others on her age she wears her hair very short. But in fact Gifty has got the most beautiful earrings in her class: silver flowers with pink stones in the middle.
